We take projects from an empty plot to a finished structure — site clearing, earthworks, foundation and reinforced concrete framing, brickwork, roofing and structural steelwork, all built to approved drawings. We coordinate directly with architects, engineers and local authorities so each stage, footing, column, slab and roof, is inspected before the next one begins, and the build progresses on schedule.
Not every project starts from bare ground. We reconfigure, extend and restore existing buildings — knocking through walls, adding rooms, replacing roofing, and upgrading ageing wiring and plumbing behind the finishes. We survey a property before quoting, so the scope you receive reflects what the building actually needs, including hidden defects and services buried in older construction.
From a single distribution board to a full rewire, our electricians install and repair wiring, switchgear, lighting circuits and power points to Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements. We handle new installations for construction projects, upgrades for renovations, and fault-finding for existing buildings — tracing tripped circuits and correcting unsafe wiring left by previous contractors, then testing and certifying everything before handover.
We install and maintain water supply lines, drainage, sanitary fittings and pumping systems for new builds and renovations alike — from first-fix pipework laid before walls close up, to fitting sinks, toilets and water heaters, to tracing and repairing leaks in occupied buildings. Where a renovation exposes old or poorly routed pipework, we re-plan the layout properly rather than patch around it.
Surface preparation is most of the job. We scrape, sand, patch and seal walls and ceilings before any paint goes on, so the finish holds up rather than showing every crack within a year. Our painters handle interior and exterior work, weatherproof coatings for exposed walls, and colour-matching for repair patches on existing paintwork — finished ready for handover, not just ready to look at.
We lay floor and wall tiles for kitchens, bathrooms, common areas and exterior spaces, with proper screeding and waterproofing beneath — the layer that determines whether a bathroom stays dry or leaks into the ceiling below within a year. Re-tiling over old, failed waterproofing is standard renovation work for us, not an afterthought bolted onto fresh tiling.
